Water jet cutting

The water jet, which can be mixed with abrasive materials, can contend successfully with metal, aluminium or steel. Greater thicknesses of material and fragile products such as tiles can be but precisely and quickly to sizes of up to 3 x 2 metres. The convincing hallmark features of this technology are narrow cutting widths and the high quality of edges. There is often no need for any rework. This process has great environmental credentials. There is no grinding residue, no swarf is produced, nor is any chemical waste produced.

Cuttable materials:

  • Aaluminium
  • (stainless) steel
  • tiles
  • wood
  • plastics
  • and a great deal more
